OUR FEES

McGown & Markling Co., L.P.A. strives to provide all schools with responsive and comprehensive legal advice at a reasonable cost. To that end, we offer a variety of fee arrangements that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each school, public or private. Our fee agreements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Retainers

In addition to any fee arrangement, certain expenses are billed to the client. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, computer research, postage, express delivery and courier services, copying, travel, filing fees, and other related litigation expenses.

McGown & Markling Co., L.P.A. also offers insurance/risk management providers flat rates as an alternative to our hourly provider rates. For a copy of our flat fee schedule and hourly rates, please contact Matthew John Markling.
