We are saddened to announce that Dr. Frank D. Aquila (1942-2010) recently passed away. While Frank was an attorney with the law firm of McGown & Markling Co., L.P.A., he is best known for his immense work at Cleveland State University in the College of Education as a professor and grant procurer.

Grant Segall wrote a wonderful article honoring Frank in The Plain Dealer entitled, "Frank D. Aquila helped desegregate schools and represent juveniles," which can be viewed ny clicking here.
